		<description>I just noticed on a PC at school that all of the &#38;apos; symbols were all wrong.  (ie, printing as that, not '.)

Seems to be an issue with Internet Explorer.  Apparently,  it does not believe that &#38;&apos; is not literally that.

That browser really gives me the shits.</description>
