Comments on: Edit HTML in Word?

I am not sure why the person above is using my name and publishing one of my email addresses to make odd comments on multiple websites, including this one… but I would very much appreciate it if you would remove my name and the email address attached to it in the above comments.

Thanks, but the point is, it was hardly expected behaviour. I know Word thinks it can edit HTML, but it doesn't really do a very compliant/good job, and I'd rather see it in a proper text editor. Most other text file types, like .BAT or .INI, open in Notepad when you Context-Edit them. I don't do much HTML editing in Windows anyway, since it's a rather crap OS.

I should add that a good man is hard to find on a rainy day, they should just knock on your door when needed.

Folder Options go to My Computer, Tools, Folder Options

Change the way you open files in your folder options.
