Okay, it seems that the file was being executed. Which it shouldn't have been.

That's been fixed, but you'll need to rename the file after saving it.

Remove the _py.txt, and replace with .py

The link to the "IMDB2iTunes.py.txt" file gets a 403 forbidden. Any way around that?

hernaan: I'm a (non-active) moderator in the forums, not an admin. I have no affiliation with Blogsome, other than having been a user, and taking on some roles related only to the forums.

Since I have moved my blog to another host, I no longer have any connection with Blogsome. If you want any further information, you'll have to try to contact Roger (try rogerg@blogsome.com).

I try to get your Python code. Will you make it available?

Hey! I noticed reading Blogsome Forums that you are an admin. So, may I ask you some things? Ok, I'll proceed anyway (:

Blogsome seems unattended... Is it? I mean, admins seemed to dissapear. Are you going to stop giving the service?

Then, I also noticed that Blogsome WP version is 1.5.1 alpha. Since I think it's a bit outdated, are you thinking of upgrading? (considering a negative answer to my first question)

Forgive my english... It's been a while since I last practised it.

You can answer to my email and delete the comment, if you want.

Cheers (I think it's said this way), from Argentina.

[...] Check it out! While looking through the blogosphere we stumbled on an interesting post today. Here’s a quick excerpt Using python, it’s easy to get data from IMDb into your iTunes database. You’ll need a few tools to get this working. appscript, py-IMDb and CocoaDialog. Install each of these, and for the latter, note where you store it. I’m not going to go through the code, as it is fairly well commented. If you can’t get it to work, leave a comment and I’ll see if I can help. IMDB2iTunes.py [...]
