I have it set to "as normal window", but that just means it goes behind whatever application I click on next, but it's still visible.</description>

		<description>You're not talking about the iPhone version, are you? I'm using Twitterific on my MBP and the window hides nicely. You may have to set it to do so in your Preferences &#62; Window panel.  Set the "Display Notification Window" to "as normal window".  I'm pretty sure that's how I did it.</description>
