The Emotional Brain
Posted in the evening, filed under Psychology , Radio and Podcasting.ABC Radio National’s All in the Mind recently broadcast a series of four programs entitled “The Emotional Brain.” Unfortunately, I missed the first two episodes, and they’ve since disappeared from the website, or rather, the MP3s have.

- The Emotional Brain, Part 3: Jealousy
- The Emotional Brain, Part 4: Joy
I wouldn’t mind getting hold of the missing two episodes, if anyone has them floating around on their hard disk still…
I’ll repeat my mantra that the ABC should keep all of it’s programs available online, for eternity. Storage is cheap.
NB - All in the Mind’s full archive of programs are all online as transcripts, including this series. Just go to http://abc.net.au/rn/science/mind, click on “Stories” in the left hand menu bar, and then click on the title of each program - that will take you to each program transcript and lots of relevant links and references for each program. THe full 5 year archive of the program from 2002 is there.
The Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Australia’s national *public* broadcaster doesn’t have the money for server space to keep our full archive of audio online forever, but all transcripts are there….Enjoy.
