Boil together:

• 125g butter
• 1 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 teaspon bicarb soda

Simmer 5 mins.

Add:

• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups self raising flour

Bake about 1/2 an hour at 180°C in 2 log tins or a round tin.

Don’t eat it all at once.
